Branding of landing pages
Of course, the emails you send can be completely customised to your brand and message, but now you can customise your landing pages for user tasks like unsubscribing, updating their details or forwarding a message to a friend. You can add logos, customised text areas, layout or completely manipulate the design using CSS.

Even further, embed elements of the process into your own website such as subscribe, unsubscribe, ‘forgotten details’ and subscription thank you pages.

Automatic emails
When an automatic email is sent (such as subscription thank you) you can completely personalise the design, content and personalisation of the mail, thus providing your user with a completely seamless experience.

Up to 100 custom contact fields
As standard our system only asks for a users email address for subscription. You can choose to add up to 100 custom elements such as firstname, surname, postcode or favourite band! At the sign up stage you can request recipients provide you with the information in your custom fields either optionally or compulsorily.

Integrated sign up
There are three options for adding contacts to your email marketing list:

• Manual sign up, where you add them to the list using the Capital Clicks email marketing system,
• Through a subscription form. Forms can be integrated into your website and you can choose to adopt the double opt in rule.
• By posting an email address to our system as part of another process, such as website order or contact form completion.

Image hosting
Every account with Capital Clicks gets 3MB of hosting space to store the assets that make up emails you send. Hosting email assets this way reduces the risk of being caught in spam filters. More storage is available on request.
