Personalisation is everything
When sending email marketing personalisation is the key for great performing campaigns. Capital Clicks allows you to personalise the information you hold about your client, with up to 100 different attributes that you can select. Drill through your contacts list to see what information you have about them, segment them and automatically ask them to update the details.

Add personalised content to your email such as name, email address or their favorite colour! Event send segmented information based on the personalised attributes of your recipient.

ExcelImport and Export
Managing your distribution list has never been easier as our system allows you to easily import and export lists and segments of your lists one-click. Get lists instantly or nominate an email address and we'll send them over when complete.

Our API plug-in allows our system to talk to your contact management list through 'TOAST' technology. Sales Force clients can automatically sync email campaigns with SalesForce contact management records.

Individual client view
View your contacts as a whole, as a segment or individually. Review or edit their personal information, view their subscription date and status, changes their profile, view emails they received and which they’ve opened, clicked or even converted on.

You can easily see which email list(s) they are on, add or remove them from specific lists, unsubscribe or delete the contact.

Lists and segments
Create your main email distribution list(s) for send out of your emails. As your campaign grows segment users into smaller groups and send personalised messages.

Segment contacts using 100's of bespoke criteria such as clicking on a particular link or not converting on your last sales email.

Clean your client list
Review your contact list and segment or delete contacts that meet a criteria. Remove or segment clients who are orphaned from any campaign, have not opened or clicked a number of messages or email addresses that have bounced.

N.B We automatically remove email addresses which have bounced more than 5 times.

Replies to your emails
Depending on the nature of your message, replies can be an important metric and spam indicator. Enable response management and any replies to your email will be displayed together. Replies can also be forwarded to other email addresses if required. Aggregating replies also stops responses being trapped in spam filters or junk mail folders.

Using our WYSIWYG editor, create website forms that allow your clients to subscribe themselves to your email marketing campaign(s). Pre-select required, optional and hidden fields, link to the form from your site or embed it right into your website. On subscription, use our confirmation page or redirect subscribers to a confirmation page on your own site.

Comply completely with permissions based email guidelines by requesting that recipients ‘Double-opt in’ to your campaigns by automatically sending a confirmation email.

Allow clients to unsubscribe automatically by providing a link from your emails to the automatic unsubscribe process or by providing a link on your website. Clients who unsubscribe are also given the opportunity to provide feedback as to why they’re unsubscribing or complain about unsolicited emails. Alternatively, you can individually or communally unsubscribe clients.
