Create your survey
Use HTML forms or our survey template to create your survey. Include drop downs, text boxes, check buttons, invisible elements or any form tag to create your survey. Our system will automatically add the attributes to your forms to allow the tracking of responses to your survey.

Host your survey
You can send your survey our by email to your recipients and they can respond right from their email client*. Provide a link to view your survey online, providing you with an automatically generated survey tool. Even host your survey on your website.

Monitor responses
Regardless of source (email, web form or web site) we’ll monitor responses to your surveys and store them in the email system. Responses are captured and added real-time and we can even email them to you as they are posted, so you can monitor your campaign as it happens. Aggregated survey information can be easily downloaded saving you valuable time and money.

Segment survey responders
As with our email system, it is possible to segment survey responders by their actions. For example, if 300 people from your mailing list have completed a survey, you could send them a thank you email, or for those who said ‘Yes!’ your question about giraffes, offer them a 10% discount at your store.
