Track what your recipients do when they click through to your website with our click stream tracking tool. Track goals such as a sale or contact with our conversion tracking tool.

Segmentation
Using our easy list builder, segment recipients based on their actions on previous emails. Email recipients who haven’t opened your last mail or send a private offer to recipients who have purchased on your site.

Surveys and replies
Where a recipient has replied to your email replies are stored on the system so you can view them together. Replies can also be forwarded to your email address for your instant attention.

On completion of a survey the data is held in the system and can be accessed individually or aggregated into all survey responses. Surveys can be downloaded in excel for further reporting.
